Culinary Arts Level 1 students have been honing their knife skills over the past few weeks. Students were tested on their knife handling abilities with a Knife Skills Checkoff. They performed classic French knife cuts like the bayonet, julienne, small dice, and brunoise!

This week in Mrs. Stirewalt's Health Science class students began their unit on body planes, directional terms and body cavities. She added a little holiday fun to the unit by using snowmen and gingerbread men for the models. The activity was called "Do You Snow".
