CCCTC sincerely appreciates Mississippi Lignite Mining Company for their generous donation in support of our four HOSA students as they prepare to compete at the HOSA International Leadership Conference in Indianapolis this summer.
We are incredibly proud of these students for earning their place at the international level through their success at the state competition. Thanks to the support of community partners, they now have the opportunity to showcase their talents and skills on one of the biggest stages.

CCCTC culinary students showcased their skills from prep, to table decoration, and serving. They made homemade hummus, sweet treats, and check out that fruit design!

CCCTC Spring Craft Advisory Committee's were treated to a charcuterie delight by our culinary students. We even had a guest coffee shop showcasing homemade delights!

Congratulations to three of our Culinary Arts students who participated last week at the state Skills USA Competitions!

Today our HOSA students were welcomed by AirCare 1 for a private tour and behind the scenes look of their facility. Students were able to engage with some of Mississippi’s best Flight Paramedics & Flight Nurses. They were able to get an up close look at state of the art equipment, talk with the on duty flight crews, and even watch two other AirCare helicopters fly in and land for their monthly safety checks & inventory restocks!
