Today our HOSA students were welcomed by AirCare 1 for a private tour and behind the scenes look of their facility. Students were able to engage with some of Mississippi’s best Flight Paramedics & Flight Nurses. They were able to get an up close look at state of the art equipment, talk with the on duty flight crews, and even watch two other AirCare helicopters fly in and land for their monthly safety checks & inventory restocks!

Located in Ackerman, Mississippi, the Southeastern Timber Products (STP) mill is a manufacturer of southern yellow pine lumber, timber, and decking products. We enjoyed our interactive tour and they topped it off with lunch being provided for us!

We had a great time showing our center to upcoming middle school students! Our students interacted and provided hands on activities to show how much fun we have learning at CCCTC!
