WES Pre-K students had a great time celebrating the 100th day of school!!

1st-grade students at Weir Elementary use non-standard tools to measure different things in the classroom (tables, shelves, rugs, and each other). They had fun working in teams to accomplish their objective!

Third graders at Weir Elementary learned about the benefits of having a Share Table in the Cafeteria today. They then wrote an opinion piece, sharing their thoughts on the topic and provided reasons and evidence to back up their opinion. Wonderful job 3rd grade!

What a great way to spend a frigid January day! Pre-K students have an exciting time finding words they recognize as they enjoy library books at Weir Elementary School. Mrs. Tharp and one of her students are sharing a book together. We appreciate all the work of our assistant teachers at Weir Elementary School as they enhance our students' learning every day.

It was a great day!
