FCE teachers were welcomed back to school with goodies and enjoyed several treats from our 6th grade August Teacher Treaters. The group also provided ice cream as a welcome back to school treat for our students. Varsity football will be taking the field at Pontotoc tomorrow night against the Warriors. Come support our guys in this ballgame. Kickoff is at 7:00.

Good luck to the Lady Chargers as they take on Grace Christian in 3 volleyball matches today. Action will begin at 4:30 with Junior High followed by JV and Varsity. Come out and support our girls.

Mrs. Ramer’s students modeled the phases of the cell cycle using cookies. They used sprinkles and cookies to show how cells divide and then answered questions based on their models.





Throughout the week, staff at Ackerman Elementary School are writing encouraging notes to colleagues and placing them in a box to recognize a colleague. Randomly, notes are drawn from the box and in addition to the encouraging note staff are awarded a prize! Congratulations to Tuesday’s Recognize a Colleague winners: Mrs. Loper, Mrs. Utley, Mrs. Brooks, and Mrs. Pollard. #teamAES
