2nd Meeting of the 6th Grade Book Clubbers at Ackerman Elementary School ! Students chose to read Kimberly Brubaker Bradley's historical fiction novel, The War That Saved My Life, about a young girl who hasn't had the easiest childhood and is trying to figure out how to fit in with her new surroundings and accept love and friendship all the while living with the happenings of WWII in London. #teamAES





Mrs. Gant's 6th graders at Ackerman Elementary School are working hard on their AR. For every book they pass they are entered into a raffle. These students won the February raffle! #teamAES
