Fun times on Tuesday at Ackerman Elementary School with a Rock, Paper, Scissors Staff Competition for some team building!! The top 3 winners received gift cards for having the most beads at the end of the day! The staff had a great time playing and competing! #teamAES

Mrs Hollie and Mrs Lewis’ kindergarten class at Ackerman Elementary had a Sight Word Super Bowl Challenge today. Students chose their team and earned points for their team by knowing their sight words. Mrs Lewis and her SanFransisco 49ers won with 25 points! #teamAES






Mrs. Christi's and Mrs. April's students at Ackerman Elementary School did a Super Bowl themed math activity!!! Students got footballs with addition facts that they had to solve together. They worked together with a partner or group of three to solve each problem and talk about how they solved it before putting the football with the goal post that had the answer to their problem. #teamAES








Ackerman Elementary School has celebrated Mrs. Ali Brasher all week for School Counselor's Week! She is an amazing counselor, and AES is blessed to have her! #teamAES
